Alessia Glaviano

Alessia Glaviano is Head of Global PhotoVogue and Director of the PhotoVogue Festival, and a leading figure in international photographic criticism. She joined Vogue Italia in 2001, rising from Photo Editor to Visual Director, where she shaped the publication’s visual identity. She regularly lectures at institutions including the United Nations, Bocconi University, and more. She has served on the juries of internationally photography contests, including World Press Photo and the Leica Oskar Barnack Award, and has participated in portfolio review sessions such as the New York Times Portfolio Reviews.
