Betty Árbol

Betty Árbol (Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, 1987) lives and works in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico.

She graduated in Graphic Design, and studied Illustration at the Academia de San Carlos. She has published a book with the Ediciones Mantarraya, Por la Banqueta, and has participated in exhibitions such as “Trono de los de a pie” and “Querido de Juan Gabriel”. She has created numerous illustrations for personal use and some for editorial use; most of her work concerns her real area of expertise, namely painting and illustration. Her favorite genre is comedy, and she believes that in life the most important things are sympathy and the ability to preserve one’s good mood in order to get rid of any tension.
