Irene Fuga

Born in Venice

Nina Fuga is a London based illustrator who was raised in Venice, Italy. A graduate of the Royal College of Art Nina works across various media ranging from drawing to moving image. Her drawings are influenced by literature, inspired by travel and the restless search for the exotic that has been a fascinating and omnipresent part of her upbringing. Alongside her creative career Nina teaches Illustration at University of Brighton and Kingston University London. Selected achievements: John Norris Natural Forms Drawing Prize RCA, WPP Atticus Cover Design Prize, Special Mention at Venice International Short Film Festival – Circuito Off (2010), and work is included in private collections worldwide. Clients include Penguin Books, Random House, Vogue UK, Collette Dinnigan, The World of Interiors, Condenast Traveller, Wired, The Ride Journal.
