Born in Venice in 1974, professor of art history at the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice, critic and curator. Publications include: Ugo Mulas. Vitalità del negativo (Milan 2010); Information document œuvre (Paris 2015); Atlante degli archivi fotografici e audiovisivi italiani digitalizzati (Venice, 2015). Exhibitions include: Luigi Ghirri. Thinking through images (MAXXI, Rome 2013; IMS, São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro 2013-14); Paolo Gioli. Abuses (Villa Pignatelli, Naples 2014); Yona Friedman’s La montagne de Venise with Jean-Baptiste Decavèle (Venice 2016); Julia Margaret Cameron, Florence Henri, Francesca Woodman. L’arte del femminile (Villa Pignatelli, Naples 2017); Le Pietre del Cielo. Luigi Ghirri and Paolo Icaro (Fondazione Querini Stampalia, Venice 2017-18). With the Ugo Mulas Archive he curated exhibitions at Villa Pignatelli (2010), Milan Triennale (2012), Fondation Henri Cartier Bresson (Paris, 2016) and a conference at the Centre Pompidou with Clément Chéroux (Paris, 2011).
