Jure Kastelic

Born in Slovenia in 1992, Jure Kastelic now lives and works in Venice.

His artistic practice centres on painting and develops primarily around three themes: Desire, Values and Mythology. These areas stem from a deep interest in the existential condition of millennials and from the desire to understand how, in adulthood, finance can be used to access the world of ownership or the property market — a goal that is becoming increasingly complex, especially for his generation.
