Manuela Kokanović was born in 1991 in Zagreb, Croatia, and lives and works in Venice. She studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice and is a member of the collective Fondazione Malutta. Among her recent projects are “Interbeings” (2025), an artist residency and group exhibition at LaVallée, Brussels; “ON AND BEYOND – A Love Letter To Shadows” (2025), a group exhibition at Galleria Alberta Pane, Venice; “Venice Time Case” (2021–2025), a travelling project conceived by Luca Massimo Barbero; and “Avvenimento #1 DETTO MONDO” (2023), a performance event curated by Edoardo Lazzari at the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, Venice.
