Marta Matilde Favilli and Maurizio Tentella

Marta Matilde Favilli is the owner of L’altro Tramezzino. Born in Venice, she has a background in fashion and communications and later moved to Milan, where she turned her passion for Venetian culinary traditions into a unique gastronomic project. She took over L’altro, transforming it from a small shop into a successful catering business. In 2025 she expanded the project with a contemporary bistro in Porta Romana, offering tramezzini as well as high-quality, seasonal toasts and small plates.

Maurizio Tentella is a food curator and entrepreneur whose work explores food as a language of contemporary culture. He is the founder of Spacedelicious, a hybrid platform combining a culinary guide and a creative agency dedicated to Italian gastronomy, and co-founder of Bar Paradiso and Pizza Stella in Milan. Tentella operates as a connector and curator of contemporary gastronomy, contributing to cultural projects at the intersection of food, art, and place.
