Mohammad Iqbal

Born in Chuadanga, 1967 and lives in Dhaka

Mohammad Iqbal is a prominent contemporary artist based in Dhaka and Tokyo. He got Japan Govt. Scholarship (1999) in Japan and went there for his MFA (2003) from Aichi University of Education and PhD degree (2010) in Oil Painting from Tokyo University of Arts. He received 23 Awards, Grants, & Honors from home and abroad . He has exhibited in many International and National group exhibitions.
