Rossella Pezzino de Geronimo was born in Catania in 1950. She fell in love with photography as a child, almost for fun, then cultivated this passion for life. She attended the European Institute of Photography, collaborating with Lionel Pasquon.

Today she is a very successful visual artist and has found in photography and holography the channels of expression that best suit her need to penetrate the soul of things and enter the maze of the essence. Her first works were born as photographic reportage of the trips to Japan, Ethiopia, India and Burma, which she made in the course of her life. Instinctive and curious, it offers a significant repertoire of oriental cultural identity, through customs, different ethnic groups and culinary traditions, with all the variations on aspects of everyday life.
