Her work revolves around the figure of the woman; her sculptures are delicately casted with simple balanced shapes that invite contemplation when viewed. Farah Bishara is best known for her multi-piece sculptures from which the viewer can sense an evolving narrative.
Farah Bishara has taught art at a number of schools and community centers, and has served as the Director of Art Education for Arab Schools at the Janco Dada Museum, Ein Hod. Her work has been exhibited in numerous exhibitions locally and internationally. Many of her sculptures are installed in both public places as well as private collections. She is the recipient of an honorary prize for Haifa artists in 2000, and of the Herman Struck Prize from the city of Haifa in 2007.
