Felix Schramm
Born in Hamburg, 1970 and lives in Düsseldorf
Felix Schramm (Hamburg, 1970, lives and works in Düsseldorf) studied sculpture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Florence and at the Kunstakademie in Düsseldorf. He also spent periods of study in Tokyo (2000) and at Villa Massimo in Rome (2008). His personal and collective exhibitions have been held in prestigious international museums and galleries, including: Palazzo delle Papesse – Contemporary Art Center, Siena, 2003; Hamburger Bahnhof Museum für Gegenwart, Berlin, 2006; Museum of Modern Art, San Francisco, 2007; Palais de Tokyo, Paris, 2009; Kunsthaus Baselland, Basel, 2014; Frac d’Alsace, Séleslat, 2014. His works are now present in important public and private collections such as Berkeley Art Museum, Berkeley; Museum of Modern Art, San Francisco; Hort Collection, New York and many more.
