Sebastián Barrandeguy

Sebastián Barrandeguy was born in Montevideo in 1973. From 1990 he studied drawing and painting with Edwin Studer, and wood carving with Rodrigo Mancheno. He attended the Instituto Escuela de Bellas Artes from 1991 to 1994 and studied at the Faculty of Architecture at UDELAR between 1993 and 1995. He has exhibited regularly since 2001. Since 2020, he has been based in Mexico City.
