Gražina Subelytė

Gražina Subelytė is Assistant Curator at the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, Venice, where she recently curated the exhibitions “Rita Kernn-Larsen. Surrealist Paintings” (2017), “1948: The Biennale of Peggy Guggenheim” (2018), “From Gesture to Form. Postwar European and American Art from the Schulhof Collection” (2019), and “Peggy Guggenheim. The Last Dogaressa” (2019-20), centred on Guggenheim’s collecting after 1948. In addition, together with Daniel Zamani, Gražina curated a major exhibition “Surrealism and Magic. From Max Ernst to Leonora Carrington”.
