The gallery was founded in 1992 in Nice and later moved to Paris in 1997. Since 2010, the gallery is established in Le Marais; after five years in the rue des Arquebusiers, Art : Concept opens a new space 4, passage Sainte Avoye in September 2015. The gallery represents the work of 24 international and French artists.
