Neither traditional museum nor warehouse, Schaulager is a new type of art institution. It is the storage facility for the collection of the Emanuel Hoffmann Foundation. Intended primarily for an expert audience, Schaulager is open by appointment to researchers, scholars and students.
Schaulager is not open to the public since no exhibition is taking place.
NB. FROM JUNE 8, 2020 Schaulager will again be accessible to visitors by prior appointment.
