Since opening its doors in 2012, Eduardo Secci has been home to innovative, singular, and pioneering exhibitions across a variety of media and genres, featuring contemporary art of all media by emerging and mid carrier, national and international artists, supporting there work in first person both in gallery and in institutional projects. The gallery opened its first space in 2012 inside a big loft right outside of the center of Florence, with the idea of becoming the major center for contemporary arts in a city well know for its renaissance side. After this first adventure, in 2013 the gallery decided to expand and opened two other locations, the first one which became the center of the exhibition schedule is located right next to the Pitti Palace in Florence, exactly in Via Maggio. The second one, which instead opened in June of 2013 is located in Pietrasanta (Lucca), this gallery is dedicated to a series of international project focused on site specific installations of conceptual and minimal artists.
The gallery, to its regular exhibition schedule, that counts at least 6/8 shows a year also participates in art fairs in both Italy and abroad.
