Founded in 2001 by Benedetta Spalletti in her hometown of Pescara, the gallery aims to create a space for artists to foster dialogue through meetings and shared experiences. In 2018, Benedetta opened a space in Milan with Lodovica Busiri Vici. The Milan gallery, situated in a Liberty-style courtyard in Porta Venezia, offers three exhibition rooms designed to showcase artists’ ideas. Over two decades, the gallery has built relationships with curators, collectors, and institutions, focusing on contemporary art across various mediums such as video, sculpture, painting, photography, and performance. It has exhibited established artists alongside emerging talents like Rosa Barba and Mario Airò. Since 2022, it has launched “focus on,” a series highlighting new Italian and international artists, presenting their first projects in the gallery’s spaces.
