The Benaki Museum

This is the oldest museum in Greece operating as a foundation

The Benaki Museum is a hub of seven sites across Athens city centre but also in other areas. Throughout its galleries, different cultures and historical periods meet modern art moves. Its varied and rare Collection is surrounded by an impressive array of cultural activities. The museum hosts numerous temporary exhibitions, publications, conferences, concerts and educational programmes.
