Museo Universitario del Chopo

Founded in 1975, The Museo Universitario del Chopo generates dialogues within emerging cultural collectives and independent networks through cross-cutting programs addressed to the university community and the general public.

Directed by José Luis Paredes Pacho, the Museo Universitario del Chopo is a platform for reflection on performing arts, visual arts, and literature.

It preserves the memories of the underground and promotes the convergence of the diverse post-underground cultures from the present day around the globe with the university community and the general public.
