Soma operates as a space for artists, designed to encourage reflection and discussions on a wide range of events and developments in the art world, both nationally and internationally. The mission of Soma is to stimulate dialogue and foster collaboration among artists and cultural agents from diverse backgrounds, contexts, and generations. Through its three central programmes – the Soma Educational Programme, Soma Summer, and Miércoles de Soma – SOMA provides a platform where the aesthetic, political, and social impacts of art production can be collectively explored, allowing for critical exchanges and in-depth analysis.
