The talk and performance program Art & Connectography. Remapping the Global World through Art aims to investigate issues related to our current phase of globalization. It will address the following questions: Do we need to rethink the relationship between people and territories? Should we remap the world in favour of human cartography and cultural geography? How are artists dealing with concepts such as migration, geography, hyper-connectivity, and mobility? What kind of strategies, narratives and methods can artists and curators deploy in the current Age of Globalization?
