Alexander Gutke

The artist Alexander Gutke (b. Gothenburg, 1971) lives and works in  Malmö, Sweden. Gutke has participated to numerous international solo and group exhibitions with works inspired by the theme of the film projection and its perception. Using usually 16 mm film projectors, which are player and sculpture at the same time, he opens walkable and projected worlds to the visitors.

To avoid a retrospective character of the exhibition at Kunsthaus Baselland, Alexander Gutke has implemented a series of new works.
