El Gran Grito
«Next Generation» Graduation Exhibition Bachelor and Master Institute Art Gender Nature HGK Basel FHNW: 50 emerging artists investigate the concept of identity in relation with others.
“El Grito” is a collective exhibition of 50 students of the Institute Art Gender Nature.
It focuses on the empowerment and self determination of the identity: a continuous flow in a collective experience of people in a cultural space to imagine the world as a shared place, where we understand who we are, in relation with others. It carefully designs possible scenarios and share feasible actions to enable art and culture to moderate social and collective experience, building a bold community believing that art is education, deep research of languages, methods and practices to activate freedom, empathy and love, enabling the ability of sensing life to produce experiences of sympathy and connection.
