Jiang Pengyi: Away from Disgrace

Blindspot Gallery announces the fourth solo exhibition made by Jiang Pengyi and entitled “Away from Disgrace”. The show will feature a new set of works from three different series : Void – The Sun Matched with the Sea – Dissolution, made with different experimentations of photographic materials.

Jiang’s art is constantly inspired by the surrealist photographer George Bataille and in particular of his text “L’Erotisme”, that brought him to consider art as an existential question of the loneliness of living.
