Andres Serrano Solo Show

Prominent figure of the contemporary art scene, Andres Serrano reveals through his photographs a reality which is often disturbing. The exposition on view at the Maison Européenne de la Photographie – MEP proposes a human panorama about his portraits, both unswervingly contemporary and oddly out of time limits. Among Titian, Delacroix, Tintoretto, Vélasquez or Courbet, the references to the great masters of the past are very subtle and sophisticated.
