Koka Ramishvili: Fragments From The Garden

Eva Meyer Gallery presents “Fragments From The Garden”, a solo exhibition featuring the newest paintings of the artist Koka Ramishvili: joining ancient painting techniques with the chromatics of modernity, Ramishvili produces in his latest works a sort of counterpart to the «trompe l’oeil» of traditional painting: the artist shows the motive as a carrier of meaning, but at the same time he unmasks it as pure surface.
