Giovanna Silva: Narratives/Relazioni

The show brings together the images produced by the artist over ten years of research into the landscapes of countries at war. Territories are explored through their architecture, at times damaged to the point of crumbling away, at other times still in use and a clear display of the power and the dictatorships of recent history. Places, situations, buildings and people are viewed here as fragments of a narrative that we may imagine as various pieces in the puzzle of world history.
