Commissioner: Magda Guruli
Curators: Vato Urushadze, Khatia Tchokhonelidze, Giorgi Spanderashvili
Exhibitors: Mariam Natroshvili, Detu Jincharadze
Reflecting on current changing times, “I Pity the Garden” envisions an inevitable change of natural and cultural landscapes. The exhibition is built on VR technology for the presentation of the central piece and is accompanied by a large-scale video installation. The work invites the viewer into a surreal, dystopian environment on the backdrop of the climate crisis, global and local turmoil, and transformations.
