Founded by Larry Gagosian in 1980 in Los Angeles, Gagosian is a global art gallery featuring eighteen exhibition spaces throughout the United States, Europe, and Asia. Working with a wide array of established living artists, artists’ estates and foundations, each year the gallery presents several museum-quality exhibitions. Through its publishing house, the first to be established by a gallery in 1985, Gagosian has published more than 500 titles and the Gagosian Quarterly.
