Axel Vervoordt Gallery Hong Kong

Founded in 2014 by Boris Vervoordt, this is the gallery's second venue after the one in Antwerp

Founded in 2011 in Antwerp by Boris Vervoordt, Axel Vervoordt Gallery focuses on the promotion of Zero and Gutai art movements as well as the contemporary art with a special interest in the concept of the void, space and time.

Five years after opening its first overseas venue in Hong Kong in May 2014, Axel Vervoordt Gallery is relocating to an 8,000 square foot two-level space in Wong Chuk Hang, the dynamic artistic hub on the south part of Hong Kong Island. The space enabled Axel Vervoordt Gallery to grow its roster of artists while fostering relationships with contemporary Asian artists and to participate in more regional art fairs.
