FORMASOBREFONDO [FORMOVERCONTEXT], is a group show curated by Willy Kautz whose aim is to retrace the history of formalism, in dialogue with the conceptualism of the present day.

The exhibition suggests that in the present atmosphere of aesthetic theorization we have forgotten that formalism also comes from theories linked to linguistic constructivism and the history of images.
