Enrique Ramirez

Born in 1979 in Santiago, Chile, Enrique Ramírez get his master degree in Contemporary art and New Media in Studio National of art contemporain Le Fresnoy, France. Working mostly with film-installations and photography, Ramirez’s work presents themes as exodus and exile across poetic images dealing with the discontinuity of memory and subjective imaginary: showing often extended landscapes, the artist aims to offer a space to release the imagination of the viewer, enabling a contemplative observation intended to build a subjective view.
