Non-Profit

Locust Projects

Founded by artists for artists in 1998, Locust Projects is Miami’s longest running nonprofit alternative art space that produces, presents, and nurtures ambitious and experimental new art and ideas.

3852 North Miami Avenue

Founded in 1988, Locust Projects is Miami’s longest running nonprofit, alternative art space. Founded by artists for artists to experiment with new ideas without the pressures of gallery sales or limitations of conventional exhibition spaces, it is an incubator for new art and ideas, where national and international artists are encouraged to create site-specific installations and push the boundaries of their practice.
