From Day to Day

De la Cruz Collection‘s collective 2019-2020 exhibition is titled “From Day to Day” and features a selection of works from the collectors’ heritage, joined by the common will to address relevant issues in the contemporary discourses around identity, class, and race.
Inspired by the “Roman Poems” by Pier Paolo Pasolini, brought to Rosa and Carlos de la Cruz‘s attention by the artist Felix Gonzalez-Torres, the exhibition highlights themes already investigated by the Italian intellectual and still relevant in the world of today. Such topics transcend cultures and categorisations to involve many prominent artists’ researches.
