New Museum

The New Museum, founded in 1977 by Marcia Tucker, is the only museum in New York City exclusively devoted to presenting contemporary art from around the world. It is respected internationally for the adventurousness and global scope of its curatorial program, under the guidance of Director Lisa Phillips and Artistic Director Massimiliano Gioni (Curator of 2013 Venice Art Biennale).
