Progressive Praxis

The De la Cruz collection inaugurates its 2017 program with the group exhibition “Progressive Praxis”.

The artworks on show differ in material, medium and technique but they all reflect the theme of contemporary culture and try to engage the visitors in a conversational attitude to discuss and reflect upon the influence of technology on contemporary world and upon the loss of boundaries between the virtual and the physical.

Following this concept, the artists on show are presenting their own artistic idea with the language of the present time, abandoning the formal art process used in the past. The exhibition fits into the spaces of the gallery, as to establishing a dialogue between art objects and architecture.
